    Wall-E

We took Maia to see Wall-E at the theater. She got bored before the opening short was through, and fidgeted throughout the remainder of the movie. My wife and I really enjoyed it, despite having to deal with a bored, fidgety 3-year old. We figure the themes and even the characters were a little too sophisticated for Maia to relate to, as she doesn't really watch much of anything with robots in it. Unlike "Cars" or "A Bug's Life" or any of the numerous Disney movies she enjoys, the main characters did not have big, expressive anthropomorphic faces that could be interpreted by a 3-year old.
