Topics or content that only the most hardcore nerd/geek/enthusiast would find interesting or intelligible. The average person would normally have no frame of reference to understand why this content would even be interesting or important.

Just added a module called Cumulus that displays tags/taxonomy in a nice Flash block. It required Tagadelic, which I was already using for a similar, albeit more pedestrian tag cloud. Seems to work very nicely, though not quite sure what happens when someone doesn't have flash installed.
